Excellent location and ererything very good, though room a bit small, but not a problem. Why, oh why, do hotels ask you to help save the world by re using towels, but then change them any way?

Facilities -- Room was cramped, booked double room and got a twin. No tea / Coffee making facilities in the room.

Although we had booked 3 Double Rooms in July for a December trip we allocated what can onle be described as 3 Single Rooms with an extra put you up bed under the window. This made the room quite cramped and the put you up bed was not very comfortable.

Stayed in the hotel on 1 to 4th Sept 2005 - rooms OK considering three people in one room - could of done with air conditioning in room - location excellent just round the corner for shops and cathedral - in case people like a lie in in the morning this will not happen the cathedral bells go off at 7am (downfall for central location) - bar available until 2am - breakfast good selection serves until 11 am - Maid came to room everyday - fresh towels etc...

Very friendly, upmarket boutique hotel which is right in the heart of the city - literally steps from the beautiful Gothic Cathedral. Really good breakfast spread available until 11am.

The main beds were very soft however the third bed in the room was very hard! The location was excellent and the staff very friendly. ALthough we ordered a cot we had to ask twice at reception for one to be delivered to the hotel and they had no high chairs either. They were, howevere, very happy for my son to be sat on one of their dining chairs despite the mess he created! There were no facilities in the room for tea and coffee making which made warming my sons food difficult. Super range at breakfast and a great friendly bar area in the evening.
