Characterful, very pleasant hotel in an attractive location. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive, the breakfast buffet was generous, varied and tasty, and the rooms were quiet, clean and functional (if a bit on the sparse side, but that came as no surprise as it is part of the hotel's concept). We would happily stay there again with without hesitation.

this is an excellent hotel, very clean and with very friendly staff. The only improvements that I could suggest are: more cupboard space and free Wifi connection.

Flawless. would definitely stay there if I ever return to Köln. The best 3 star hotel I've ever known. Tip to those who want to go to Köln Xmas market: don't arrive on 24/12 like me. The market closes on 23rd... :o(

Great hotel. Only one complaint, the double bedroom's bed seems to be two singles bolted together. Unusual but that you can get used, but the bed was also supplied with two single duvets instead of a double, felt a littled cheated when we paid for a double.

Great, modern stylish hotel at a budget price. Rooms a little small but Wifi, image and atmoshpere more than make up for that. Access by car can be tricky around the one-way streets but a garage beats parking in the busy side streets. Interesting Dinner menu, up to date , even experimental but it works well, for wines by the glass they have a wide choice.Cool place...

Rooms were spotless, set in good area lots of different retaurants within easy reach, 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Also lclose to lots of genuine local bars. I would stay here again

An excellent modern hotel located only 5 minutes from the centre on public transport (which is just outside). Staff were very friendly and even accommodated our early check out with a fabulous packed lunch. Can't reccommend it enough.

The Hopper is a very pleasant Hotel, very stylish, a little bit like living in Ikea but without the crowds. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, beds comfortable. Reception friendly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is a little out of the centre but a good excuse to walk the length of Breite Strasse shopping all the way! If you can eat seven meals a day you'll love all the local restaurants. If you can drink lots of beer you'll love the bars.
