It was a bad smell from the washroom and the hair dryer did'nt work. I told the reception next morning and the would tell the tecnik guy, eventually change room. On arrival late next night, it was still the same room, bad smell and non working hair-dryer. If this had been OK - my rates would have been average on all items.

This is an OK hotel. The staff mostly and friendly, helpful and the overall cleanliness was adequate. However, our stay was marred by a very poor mattress on the bed and a very smelly drain in the shower room - the smell was always present and was sometimes very strong on entering the room. The mattress should have been replaced long ago - with the tops of the springs having lost most or all of their padding

We chose this hotel because it is in a quiet street. It is a brisk 12 minute stroll to the city centre and is in the heart of the city's restaurant quarter, so ideally placed for good eating and quiet nights sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Stayed in a twin room which was small but very nice, modern and clean. Bathroom was excellent. Great location (try the Thai restaurant next door, it was superb) and all in all, excellent value. Recommended.
