We were disappointed to be given a twin room after booking a double. The bed were just pushed together and made for very uncomfortable sleeping. Explanation - they overbooked double rooms and we booked in late- didn't undestand that. To be fair though, we were given a double room the following night. The redeemimg factors - the ample breakfast buffet and the extremely helpful and friendly day staff.

Good basic 3-star hotel, with excellent and friendly service, in prime location on Alter Markt. Very good breakfast. No other facilities available in hotel, but excellent if you're looking for inexpensive accommodation in the heart of the city. Recommended.
