The price that I have paid for two nights was higher than the price that the hotel use to charge. The Hotel Club web site changed the value after my first attempt to book my reservation. I really felt upset with that.

Overall a great experience, but I received a one double bed...wasn't sure how the whole Hotalclub worked...first time...but worth it!

The Whitehall Hotel was extra special in everyway. The food was fabulous, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The hotel is in an ideal location for all shopping and entertainment. Five star accommodation.

The Whitehall had the booking but on the wrong dates and the desk could not make that leap that says that the 3 nights booking could start the day earlier and finish one day earlier than the one they had. We were kept waiting at the desk and in the lobby for 30 minutes till someone made that connection. For most of that time we did not know whether we had a room in what was a booked out city!!. The hotel has very dirty corridors and the room we were first given had had a smoker in it and the air con sounded like a 6 engined 747. The Mechanics response was thats how they sound The safes mechanism fell off and it wasnt until we asked a bell man to listen to the aircon that we got a change in room. Keep an eye on the cubicles in the bar you may see a middle aged horny lady energetically attempting to seduce a disinterested cigar smoker if yoiu are lucky. I would up my price and stay somewhere different.
