Excellent location, helphull staff, clean and modern rooms, small but well designed fitness center. Five-stars breakfast, it's worth to have a lunch or a dinner in the restaurant. On the could be betterRead more side, the rooms couls be bigger, the bar is not terrific (don't ask them for a mojito, they have probably never seen a real one) and easily crowded. A bit motre space (and a window...) in the fitness center would help and there is no spa in the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers a slightly different atmosphere compared to the usual 5* and 4* in Chicago and I would probably come back during my next trip to Chicago.Hide

Hotel Cub's reservation system leaves a lot to be desired. I booked two rooms. Fortunately, I had the foresight to call the hotel to verify the reservation. They only had a reservation for one room.Read more After three days, three phone calls and about an hour on hold, Hotel Club reservations corrected the mistake and booked the second room. In fact, they booked it so well that, when I got to the hotel, I had three reservations.Hide
