Your email arrived the same day I planned to write our concerns about the lack of service at the Ramada Inn Lake Shore Chicago. We bought drinks and food for breakfast, thinking the fridge was working...but no, it wasn't. We politely called reception and received 3 different excuses. First they asked if it was plugged in. Then they asked if the tv was working and if so, that meant the fridge was good too. Then they (Kimberly on reception) said well it isn't really a fridge. Then what is it? I wondered. My last call (while our food was going bad...Kim said I'll send someone over right now. Nobody showed. Our food went bad. We were disappointed with that service. Plus, we were not given face towels the last day. The bathroom smelled of urine. I cleaned it. The location of your hotel is great, however, we were not pleased with the service and I stopped calling knowing we were being ignored. We will avoid Ramada Inn Lake Shore Chicago next trip. Thank you.
