This hotel has a serious cleanliness problem. Our room was not made up from the person who stayed before us and was simply unsanitary. The sheets were worse than those you would find in a super 8. I was just glad I didn't have to stay in the room very much.

The room could have been a bit more cleaner and the hot water was near none existent. For a room in the middle of Chicago I should have thought the amenties would be far above par. The facilities were some places in need of updating and repaint and carpet. I feel all the rooms were overpriced but since we were staying in close proximity to the packaging show we were encouraged form the pack website to use this hotel. We, as a group, probably would not stay in this facilty in the future. Thanks for the opportunity to express our comments. My only hope is that the right people read this and will use the comments to take the opportunity to do the right thing.
