- It would be easier to use shower and bath if there were a handrail to assist getting in and out of them.

- Yes the service was terrible, to pay £65 for a room for one night i expected a help with my bags to level 4 and more than just one shampoo in the bathroom.
+ The room was comfortabe, modern and clean. Would have been better if soap and shampoo had been available in the room.
