Pictures show the hotel in a lovely garden but neglect to say it is in a very suburban part of Catania. Also the main hotel dining room was unavailable for half of the nghts we were there due to weddings etc....greedy! This problem is exacerbated by the paucity of decent restaurants in the local suburban area. Go to Taormina!!

The room allocated to me was noisy and smelly as it was situated directly above the kitchens and also on the ground floor opening onto a communal patio. The hotel should not allocate this room to guests staying more than one night, we were staying 9 nights. I eventually complained and got moved to another room, but with no apology.
