Hi, We thought the hotel was really dirty,there was no food(only at certain times of the day,we were offered a ham and cheese sandwich when we arrived). I had booked a double room with a double bed, when we arrived to the room there were 2 single beds. We asked for a room with a double bed as we had booked and the receptionist showed us another room with 2 single beds pulled together. The bathroom was really dirty, the drinks fridge smelled really bad,so bad that even the bottles smelled disgusting. The fridge was really dirty.So we went down to the reception and complained. They said there was nothing that they could do. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel.I dont understand why it is advertised as a 4 star hotel. Its maybe a 2-3 star. There was a small bar which was never opened, also the bar beside the swimming pool was not opened. This is really not acceptable at all. I will be passing the word around to many people, as i am a travel agent.

This hotel wasn't easily to find. The indication could better. The rooms were spacious and clean. This is a very good but unpersonal hotel. We didn't use the swimming pool (november) but the beautifull garden and swimming pool are certainly an asset.
