Rooms small even by French standards. Location very good for Cite. car parking a bit limited. Found reception staff very helpful when it was discovered that their head office had not even sent them the reservation.

Very basic hotel with small rooms, but the rooms we stayed in on 2 separate occasions were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideally situated for access to the old city and only 15 min from the airport (as long as you knew where you were going).

This hotel has character. My family and I enjoyed staying on it while visiting southern France. I just wished not needed to pay so much for parking our vehicle.

This hotel is very good, it is clean and the towels were changed every day. The breakfast room is light and airy. The only thing I was wondering about was the shower! A bit small! Other than that the staff wre helpful and freindly. The location is perfect, just five minutes walk from the medieval city. Definitely use it again.

Wonderful location but some rooms noisy (near to the entry road). Rooms were VERY small - OK for a night but not more. Staff pleasant and friendly - a good pit stop.

The hotel was located extremely close to the medieval City, which was great. For the price of a single room I ended up with two twin beds, and the room was quite nice. A very small shower, but comfortable and air conditioned with twelve television stations. The staff were friendly and helpful.

i would definitely stay here again although it would have been helpful if there had been a street map on the website to show the hotels exact location. i would advise guests to use a taxi on arrival at Carcassonne airport as this is the quickest and easiest option and fairly inexpensive (approximately 16 euros) the location is excellent for visiting the medieval city and it is a 20 minute walk to the new town

The room was very basic with no tea or coffee making facilities. The shower was too small. There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast.

This is a great option if you're looking for a good value place to stay in Carcassonne. It's well located, clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. You get a reasonable breakfast thrown in as well, and all for a decent price.

Stone floor very cold in winter, made worse when soaking wet having just been washed. Ample continental breakfast. Great location for medieival city, just 2 minutes from main gate.
