There was no facility explanation in the room or reception (such as restaurant information, shopping, cleaning, swimming pool open close time, etc...). Room was not clean enough.

Cleanliness, the hotel had some kind of mats that were impossible to clean. Spiderweb was found in the kitchen area hanging of lamps. Cleaning were told but it was not corrected the week that I stayed. Friendly staff, young and untrained, what they lacked in experience they made up for with entusiasm.

I stayed at this hotel during MIPCOM 2005. The property was advertised as close to Centre Croisette and is much farther than I was lead to believe. Cab fare to the Palais was 10 euro in the day and 20 Euro at night. One morning, I waited :30 for a taxi. The staff was unable to get a taxi any sooner. It was a very frustrating experience. I would not stay at this property again as it was not well lit and double locks/dead bolts were not present for security.

We visited this hotel at the end of October 2006 as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 and 12). The hotel was ideal for what we wanted at that time of year. As you can imagine some of the facilities were not being run at full capacity. It's location was just right, easy access to a great beach via a tunnel under the railway line by the side of the hotel. There was no distubance at all from the railway for us as we overlooked the pool area. Good undercover car parking for which there was a charge of 55 euros for the week. Easy access into the local village which had a wide range of shops and eateries. About 4 km from the main Cannes area which is an enjoyable walk away down the seafront. The room was two room appartment which was somehwat small but overll we enjoyed the stay very much.
