Okay, the place is cheap, but the smell in the appartment was really awfull, the tv wasn't working, they were renovating a building next to my appartment (they start at 7:30 with drilling) and - no kidding - there was no hot water. I travelled a lot through Asia and South-America, but I haven't encountered such a dump there
