The hotel was a bit of a nightmare to find. I would reccommend calling the hotel beforehand to get full directions. We were greeted at the hotel by a lovely lady who was the owner. She gave us information about Cannes, where to eat, drink etc. Cannes centre is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel which we found easy enough. The hotel itself is set in a residential street which is very quiet and peaceful. We ate the breakfast one morning in the hotel courtyard which cost around 5 Euros each for croissants, bread, coffee etc. This hotel was perfect and just what we wanted for our 2 night stay in Cannes. Overall a lovely family run place.Would definately stay there again.

It was indeed a very nice stay and I will recommend it to everyone going to Cannes with a great ratio quality/price. Very warm owners who love their job, and it shows. The hotel has a lot of charm in and out. Even if I just bought an apt in Cannes but need a back up for any reasons, I will come back to this place.

Parking in the road, which can be like a lottery. 15-20 min. downhill walk to the center. No air conditioning. Very simple breakfast.

We (a young couple) had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and nice decorated(!!!) and it is very nice to have breakfast in the lovely graden. We arrived very late in the evening, so we had to wake up the landlady, but she was very nice and helpful. We could park our car at a very safe parking place by the property. The hotel is located about 20 min (walking) from the beach and city center. But we loved it to walk through the narrow alleys. All in all - the hotel is higly recommended! (Do not become desperated when you do not find the hotel at first go ;-))
