A lovely hotel, near the action (3min walk), but set just into the suburbs, behind a tranquil garden that forms a moat from the hecticness of Cannes nightlife. Great staff, understated, polite and helpful.

Not knowing Cannes, and with a hired car, the hotel was a bit difficult to find. That was no ones fault. When we got there we thought it was going to be noisy, but surprisingly there was no noise at all. The room was very adequate with air conditioning and a TV. The staff were all were very courteous and spoke good English - Breakfast was served in a open courtyard at the front of the hotel which was a delightful quiet place. I have now staid in a number of Logis de France hotels and this hotel definitely keeps up their standards. We stayed for three nights. Other than breakfast we had all our meals away from the Hotel, mainly in different resteraunts in the town.

Really nice structure two minutes from the beach. We appreciated the "provencal" style of the hotel: room with a little flowered balcony provide with to chairs and a table. LCD and satellyte television in every room.

we got to stay in a nice little cozy room with a balcony. we arrived before check-in time, but they already had our room waiting for us. the building was obviously old, but newly renovated. hallways were dimly lit though.

We had a very pleasant stay at De Provence. We stayed there for three nights and found that the staff, location and room facilities were excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were extremly impressed by the service, quality and value for money of the Hotel du Provence. we wouldnt hesitate recommending this property to anyone planning to visit Cannes. The location is superb the rooms clean and comfortable and the staff we really helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast a little unimaginative, but superb coffee! Extremely good value in the centre of Cannes.

This hotel was like a small paradise to us! After staying in low budget hotels across Italy, this was magnificent for the same price!! Our room had a small balcony that overlooked the garden and palm trees, and only 1 min away from the water. We chose not to have the breakfast (although it looked good for 7.5 euro) instead we got some fresh fruit and hot croissants from a store around the corner for less than half the price!
