We are regular visitors to La Linea and Gibraltar and have now stayed at this hotel on 3 occassions, the first when it was new. We have noted a gradual decline in the condition of decoration and cleanliness of the general areas, in particular on the approach to the entrance area, which is shabby and littered with cigarette ends. The rooms are sufficient and reasonably clean and there is a good range of food at breakfast.

What a dump! Badly in need of a refurb. Bathroom falling apart and yellow bath water.

This hotel is situated on the seafront at La Linea. It is in a good location for those wishing to cross the border into Gibraltar being approx 1.5 Km to the frontier. The hotel is basic but clean but somewhat dated. It appears that little has been done in some years to improve the decor and general ambience and offers little in the way of facilities. The hotel is situated in an area which is, to say the least is run down.

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice rooms for a good price. Restaraunt is pretty average. Beautifull view and litterally across the road from a lovelt beach. The walls are paper thin however. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. We spent 3 sleepless nights cursing the people next door and the squeky lift opposite our door. About 20 minute walk to Gibraltar border.

this hotel is very handy if visiting gibraltar, also it allows pets, probably the only one in the area, good value for money, needs a little sprucing up, but i think this is in progress, continental breakfast ample, but coffee machine, dispenses tea, coffee, water, and chocolate, that all taste like chocolate, maybe they should invest in a new one, however we would still stay there again.

My son found 2 worms in his cereal and on notifying the staff some more worms were found on the wall. Needless to say, this does not seem satisfactory.

i actually fell getting out of the bath because it was very slippy. hotel reception asked if i wanted to go to the hospital and have a check up, but i said no. I would be very careful getting in and out of the bath thou. I would stay at this hotel again.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is not the ritz but you´re not paying rtiz prices! Would stay in the hotel again as close to gibraltar (20 min walk to border) and saves the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park.

Though overall hotel was good value for the money, suggest you eat out locally rather than at the hotel.

This hotel has great potential - great location, great views, light and airy dining area. It just seems a bit run down and would need some refurbishing. But most important, the hotel employees (especially the man at the bar overseeing breakfast) were simply dreadful! He never smiled and always looked like he hated his job and hated the guests. He would have gotten a tip from me if he had smiled just once! The people in reception weren't particularly friendly either.

Breakfast was not worth getting up for. Ideal location for the beach.
