Its a little outside the downtown area (4km) but very well connected via metro (until midnight). Some attractions are closeby. My single room was quite and well equiped for this price, was a hot offer. Would go there again.

Barely makes the 4 star in terms of quality. Front of house staff good but bar staff reluctant to serve even coffee late at night (11.30 p.m.). Good location for city park baths, zoo etc., but a taxi ride from city centre if you are out later than 11.15 when the M1 metro closes. Bar prices expensive. Dining room staff clear away breakfast buffet at 10.00 a.m. sharp, not ideal for leisurely or business breakfasts. Do not use the hotel car for airport trips etc; they use a taxi service that is expensive relative to more reputable companies. Good tourist hotel but not a good business location.

Barely makes the four star category in terms of room quality, but clean and comfortable. Good front of house staff, but breakfast staff in a hurry to clear buffet at breakfast time -- not good for leisurely breakfast or business breakfast. Bar prices expensive, and also a reluctance to serve you late at night, i.e. after 11.30. Good for tourists, close to the baths in city park as well as the zoo and heroe's square. If you are out and about in the city centre, you need a taxi to get home at night when metro closes at 11.15, a little too far for walking from city centre. Don't use the hotel car to get to the airport or anywhere else. They actually call a taxi company which is quite expensive, smacks of a cosy arrangement either with staff or with the hotel. Better to ring a reliable company such as 222222 if you need a car.

The buffet breakfast that's included in the price of the room was one of the best I've had in a hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel is convenient to the metro system and a number of important historical sites in the city.] I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Thin walls between rooms and hallways so bring ear plugs. Rooms are very nice, very modern, clean, good size with first class tiled bath rooms with quality tub showers. One and half blocks to the metro and bus line. In a nice residential neighborhood but on a busy street.

I wish i could comment, but after booking several months in advance of our arrival we turned up to be told the hotel was overbooked and had to stay elsewhere. Far from satisfied.
