The hotel was very clean and comfortable. No ice cubes. Parking is an extra 1,700 HUF which is rather high since the hotel is not in the center of town. Breakfast was great, hot eggs and French toast plus salads and coldcuts with real coffee! The workers were all very polite and helpful. I would gladly go back again and probably will since it is right across the street from the Nepliget Park.

I had a standard double room facing the yard. I knew from experience, that the front rooms could be very noisy at night as well. The mattress was old and should be changed at once. The location of the hotel is just perfect for people who are able to use public transportation and don't want to stay at more expensive hotels in the city centre. The Hungarian breakfast buffet at the hotel is very rich and the dinner service in the evening is excellent.

We were assigned a triple bedroom for two. However that extra bed turned out to be a blessing when we found a toe nail inside one of the beds. Also the bathroom had a funny smell. Theese were the reasons why we've rated the cleanliness as 'bad'.

We had to spend a night in Budapest so we chose this hotel because they said they were close to the airport. While this is not really the case, the Airport TaxiBus service took us to the airport for a set fee in 30 mins so it wasn't a problem, and we were only 5 metro stops (10 mins) away from the inner city (shops etc). The service desk was always helpful. The room was spacious enough.

This hotel was good for a short weekend stay in Budapest although the location was not ideal. However the plus points were that it had an underground station very near by and taxis back to the hotel at night were around £5 - £6 using Budataxis.

TV was not workning so we had to change room. In the first room the minibar was broken too... They also had no air condition in october even though it was quite hot in the room. But the rest was OK for that price, good breakfast and OK beds.
