Don't stay here if you want friendly staff or a bar that's open after 11pm, the 'beer hall' advertised on the web site doesn't exist! However the rooms are good (but lack a kettle) and the location right next to the metro station is very handy.

The restaurant seemed an extremely boring place, with a not very kind attitude from the waiter (when we wanted to sit at a certain table he said it was not available because it was prepared for the next morning's breakfast?!). We got up and left after a few minutes, after deciding to find a nicer place in town. The fitness area and swimming pool were very nice though. Coffee at the bar not too good (quite surprisingly for Hungary).

We observed that not all staff know what really good service is. The younger staff in the restaurant did not even know how to be courteous. It happened twice during breakfast that they just took the empty plates away without asking us if we are finished or not. We found that very rude and it was the first time that ever happened in our entire experience as travellers. Hairdryer was not provided so advice others to bring their own.

Nice hotel three metro stops out of the city centre but the metro station is right outside the hotel.Nice pool and gym. The breakfasts were a bit boring tho,menu never changed in 4 days.The bed was huge the biggest i have slept in and the room very warm.Overall a nice clean hotel but i have found a one in the city centre for my next trip to Budapest
