I don't understand why guests have to pay for air- condition in the rooms seperately. At least they should be informed before booking.

Near big shopping center with food court. It takes 10 minutes with the metro to the city center. Good breakfast!

Eben is a nice hotel. Far from city center, but only 500m to the metro station. You can also use bus service (all night too). Decent room, decent cleanliness: as you can expect from a 3 starts hotel. Notable the free wifi on rooms and the safe parking.
