Our stay was unacceptable. 1. soap in the bathroom was used 2. internet access didn't work. Reception said we were wrong. After 1/2 hr they came and saw that, despite the fact we'd explained, we weren't. 3. reception gave incorrect directions making us get lost & go out of our way 4. waited 40 min in bar to buy water. Asked reception to help. They said they couldn't we'd have to wait. 5. asked for info on river cruise. Was told there are many but they only knew one and it wouldn't suit us. 6. twice at breakfast were sat at a set table to find the silverware or coffee cup dirty 7. At the gym/spa, with 8 keys hanging there, was told there were no lockers and those were reserved for non-hotel guests. When finished they were still there. 8. As I struggled to bring my luggage down, I was walking toward the elevator, the bellman was getting out with someone else's bags. He looked right at me, turned and went the other way letting the elevator close in front of me.

Good and nice hotel. The Sauna is not nice but the pool areas are ok. People are smooking in everywhere in the hotel and it is vert anoyoing for non smookers.

The conditions for the internet-connection, offered by the hotel are not accaptable. They charge a fee by time (very-very expensive but still okay) but when you enter the internet whith their card, time starts to run and you cannot stop it. That means, you are paying a very high fee, wheather you are online or not.

Beautiful hotel on banks of Danube, in leafy area but close to train stop and Margaret Island. Design of hotel was good and decoration good. A little bit of luxury .
