The hotel is basic, not the most modern, but clean, in an excellent location (50m from the Nyugati subway and tramstops), and the staff were very friendly. We missed breakfast every day but that was not the hotel's fault... excellent if you are on a bit of a budget.

Convenient location. Minor detail: they had a sign at the reception saying airport shuttle every hour, but when I asked about, they said it should have been booked the previous day. Every hour certainly made me think it would run regularly, without booking.

Hotel not suitable for people with any dissabilities as there are no lifts. A short walk from the underground station and tram stop. The hotel is clean, comfortable with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The location was very good because it is near the west railway station. However, there was no elevator and we had difficulty carrying our suitcases to the upper floors. The man in the reception was helpful but not friendly. The lady receptionists were more friendly.
