This is a big hotel with a lobby that seems to be constantly bustling with people. The staff nevertheless appeared to be always in control. Breakfast can be a bit daunting given the number of folk that need to be accommodated, but again the staff seem to manage without a lot of fuss. Not a lot of character, but good value and efficiently run.

Very handy for Keleti rail station and Metro line. My room faced the main road junction so could be noisy at night.

Most of the staff was really rude. The hotel is huge. It's more designed for groups that for family or couples. The rooms are nothing special. It's not far from the center but it's not in the center. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is located beside a very busy/noisy road close to Keleti train station. The hotel is nice but is not worth the price they charge for the rooms.

The rooms on floor 5 were very noisy inded and the whole floor very scruffy in need of refurbishement. Had major problem with the reception regarding my bill upon checking out as had agreed refunfd for first night but not shown on final bill. Credid card was debited before bill was presented, when I complained the refund was made at a different exchange rate then the debit resulting in a cost of £18 to my Charge! Very surly and unhelpful staff, matter is now being taken up bty my credit card company.

One of the most depressing 4-star-Hotels I've ever been. Breakfast for non-group-guest is in the basement and it looks like a workers canteen. Rooms to the street are very! noisy. You get only two thin towels and no toilet articles. One day I had no bath towel. Service personal never knocks at doors but just walks in and obviously has stolen my two necklaces. They have vanished from the purse where I kept them. It was in the wardrobe and when I opened it on my return I found it empty.

the hotel was very well situated, staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Service was excellent in this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel needs a refurbishment, although it was adequate. Our room was a smoking room and smelt like it - we weren't offered smoking or non-smoking, but then again, we didn't ask. (We were only there for two nights.) Breakfast was standard but good, with lots of choice. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. I would stay there again.
