The overall experience was very good. Location is very convenient ... five minutes or less to Grand Place, and close to the Gare Central rail station. The only negatives were (1) the exhorbitant price for breakfast, which we declined (There are some small restaurants nearby which offered reasonably priced breakfast choices), and (2) the convenient bar on the ground floor did not open until 6 PM. Prior to that one has to go to a pub bar in the basement, at the far end of the building.

The room was adequate, but view was very poor (brick wall). Despite this, very nice facilities (excellent appearance and staff) and great location near main old town, marketplace, musuems, shops and other tourist sites.

Room was tiny, but well outfitted. Unfortunately, it faced the street and the casino across the street had a late night, very noisy crowd exiting in the wee hours. ask for a room away from the street. Otherwise, all was lovely.

Hotel was just as expected and desired based on venere.com traveler reviews. The location is excellent, a short walk from central train station and to Brussels' Grand Place. The train from the airport was cheap and easy. Rooms were adequate size, clean, with a nicely appointed bathroom. Can be noisy across from new Casino, but double windows in our room worked as did the Air Conditioning.Would patronize again & recommend. Good value/cost and price point for our needs.

The location of the hotel was excellent, it was very clean and the rooms were very quiet. The only bad thing I could say about the hotel was that the rooms were a bit on the small side....

We were very pleased with the Hotel. It was decorated nice with christmass things. It was right near the Grand Place and that was most important. Too bad the bar isn't nice, so we didn't have drink after dinner en before going to bed.
