Concierge advised the first of our party to be leaving that the airport bus did not run in July and a taxi was ordered and cost 40 Euro. We subsequently found this was incorrect and using the bus, which left 2 minutes from the hotel, cost us only 3 Euro each. This was the only criticism during our week's stay

Service was impeccable, the room very nice, spacious and comfortable. Loved the ice maker outside the room in the hallway. Breakfast offered a very broad range and was plentiful. The hotel was in a nice area and walking distance to most everything. We would definitely stay again through a [your website] deal, no if's no but's.

our rooms (confirmed and payed ! ) was not kept by the hotel, although the late arrival due to the late night flight was noted in the booking. so we found ourselves at 3AM with no place to stay with our two little kids and a substantial amount of baggage. eventually they found a replacement, but it took another 1,5 hours before we could use our rooms.

this is an excellent hotel in every way,the facilities are absolutely amazing,breakfast is superb,only downside is maybe its location,10 mins in a taxi to city centre,but everything else makes up for that!!

This is not a full service 5 star hotel. Valet parking does not work correct. I Booked a non-smoking, twin bedded room, at check in the clerk asked what type off room I wanted to have and smoking or non-smoking ?!? (Belgen). Room-service breakfast (E25) was bad, health center is nice, rooms are to small for 2 people, verry small working desk but fast internet connection. It was my second bad experiance with a Mariott Hotel in Belgium.

Pricing is both v. good and bad - the rack price is outrageous but I got a deal from the web which was just a superb 1/4 of it! The location is great if you want a walk thru the EU quarter but access to the metro and the old city centre is limited. Overall excellent quality, with a pool open till late!

I was even upgraded to the executive floor. It was a perfect stay, very seldom experience. Unfortunately, the health club is not operated by the hotel, and it is not reaching the standard of the hotel.
