Nice service, disappointing internet facilities. Parking was charged at 14€ per night. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size. Breakfast was good.

Shaving equipment and tooth brush and paste are available. This is really good as you then easier can travel by flight not having this in your luggage at security control.

A very pleasant and friendly hotel, nicely fitted and with good service. You are made to feel a guest. Also quite quiet at night. Only two small downsides: (i) There is no kettle provided in the room; when I requested one this was at first said to be 'impossible', but eventually they found one so it was OK. (ii) The Wireless internet is an outrageous price; there are two grades, the lower one of which was an abysmal data rate, the upper one seemed better but was something over 22 Euros a day. They really ought to throw this facility in with the room free of charge.

Excellent hotel - very friendly staff. The room was sufficiently large and immaculate. The bathroom was modern. In short, the amenities of the hotel were excellent. I got an amazing rate of 55 Euros a night. I would probably use this hotel again on my next visit to Brussels.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely cozy reception area, and bathrooms are small but perfectly formed. If you can get a discount, this hotel is well worth spending a bit more on.
