I strongly recommend stay in this hotel, a very well-situated, high standard and facilities, very large buffet breakfast and... after my request (to the cleanlady) the coffee machine in the corridor was immediately refilled water. I am really impressed. I will always stay in this hotel during my trips to Brussels.

Having stayed at this hotel on many working visits, I find it very good and the staff are very obliging and friendly.A special word of thanks to the Night Desk Manager who personnally provided with a wake-up coffee and pastries while awaiting a taxi for an early morning flight on a Sunday!

I had a pleasant stay. One comment is the too warm and dry climate in the room and no bar facilities in the room

There are no ironing facilities available to the rooms - you have to go off to a small ironing room on the 4th floor (which was locked and took 3 requests to get unlocked). The ironing board in this small room is only half size (can't even fit a full shirt sleeve on it!!!). There are no mini-bar facilities in the room. For these 2 reasons, I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

The price for the room was very good for the facilites offered, however I suspect that might have been because it was August and low season for a 'business' type hotel in Brussels. I'd be interested to see what it will cost the next time I book.
