This hotel is very close to the shopping area near Avenue Louise. Hotel parking is 8 Euros per night and secure. Breakfast is average, no fresh fruits and very few hot items. Reception was very friendly.

Very clean, excellent staff. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of foods. Bar is a bit of a joke being the size of the average desk!! There are plenty of night shops local to the hotel where you can buy much cheaper drinks. Restaurant selection is ok, head towards Rue Louise for a good selection. Metro is great being about 5 minutes walk on Line 2

Comfortable hotel in a quiet location assured a good night's sleep. Convenient location for EU offices and the shops on Avenue Louise. I would use it again.

for a '4-star' hotel, this one was barely a 3-star. 1. we checked in only to find out that our reservations were somehow 'missing'. whats worse, the hotel was completely booked for the night. the desk attendant told us to wait while they tried to find us a room. for the next 20+ min, desk staff kept placin us in the back-burner in favor of helping those dressed in business suits. 2. they finally found us a 'room' outside the hotel. it was decent enough, but it wasnt the room i paid for thats for sure. and no way was it 4-star quality nor did it warrant the price we paid for it! 3. the breakfast buffet was mostly continental. the ony hot food they had available for was bacon and extremely runny scrambled eggs. and i noticed the burners werent turned on to keep them warm. overall this was an excellent 2-star hotel or a below-average 3-star hotel. i would never consider it 4-star, thats for sure, nor would i ever pay the amount i did for it.

No air conditioning, highlighted by stuffy room on top floor during very warm weather in Brussels. Acces to apartment accommodation from main part of hotel via hotel underground car park: hardly welcoming on arrival. Return access for breakfast or to reception using intercom or by walking around the block from apartments to main hotel entrance. How can this be 4-star?

Stayed here before so the book in process is extremely fast. Ideally placed for the metro and so the centre of Brussels and close yet not too close to the Gare du Sud. One of my favourite hotels. Good value.

it is difficult to park the car here. It is very noisy from the surrounding streets, both with cars and people. There are some good restaurants nearby. The staff are very good and attentive.
