The room was terrible. There were obviously some hot water pipes running through the floor that heated the whole room to sauna temperature. Even with an open window it was impossible for me to get sleep in that room. It was one of the most unpleasant nights I have ever had. The service that the hotel staff provided was equally terrible.

Location is fine .My single room was average. Not happy with tv channels , they should be set up by language and some channel numbers were not there. The phone was on a shelf on the inner side of my bed ,not a good place for it.

Nice room comfortable, clean and fresh. Reception staff other than the Reception Manager could be a lot more freindly. For instance they never acknowledge/greeted you as you passed Reception, this is unwelcoming and frankly a bit rude. The breakfast choice was rather limited and basic to say the least. The main meal however was excellent.

Non-smoking room tiny. Had to opt for room in smoking wing in order to get a decent-sized room.

A nice hotel with friendly people. The location is verry good. within a few minutes walk you are in the centre of the city. I am sure i will stay here again.

The service from staff was not very welcoming, and the breakfast was mediocre with fruit salad and sausages being from tins. Also they were slow to refill trays as they emptied at breakfast time. Also the hotel is advertised with parking facilities - they have only 14 spaces while it is quite a large hotel. We were advised to just park in the shopping centre - not what we had expected.
