Nice size rooms and enjoyed the hotel very much. The breakfast buffet wastoo pricy, although it looked like a nice buffet I didn't want to spend that much for breakfast.

This is an exceptional hotel in which all guests are treated with great care and feel welcome. Rooms are spatious, clean, and quiet. There is a great choice of dishes for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant is very polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is excellent, closely to Avenue Louise and museums. Clearly, this hotel belongs to top 5% I have visited.

This is a very nice hotel with helpful, friendly and attentive staff. It was disappointing that the charge for breakfast is additional: this makes it a little expensive. A fully equipped business suite would be a valuable addition. The batteries in the TV zapper needed renewing. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and would definitiely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is fine, and the service is very professional. However, the room was not in fact too spacious (it was a normal room, nothing to do with a so called "suite"). Two beds instead of a double bed. The air conditioning was not running properly.

Car parking e20 per day. Expect to tip extra if you want your car out at 6.00 am! Staff helpful with directions & housekeeping quickly found some forgotten clothes and agreed to post them on. Didn't seem to be any residents much beyond us. Bar shut before 11.00pm. (Although room service was offered).
