the site is easy to come everywher from the hotel ( a tramway is near ) the breakfasts are very expensive and we went out to breakfast but it's not a real problem

Personnel should show a little bit more flexibility on issues like late check-out due to unexpected travel difficulties. In other hotels there is an higher pre-disposition to help the passenger on such situations.

Excellent room size, breakfast and service! You would need to walk two blocks from the Metro but Avenue Louise is a great shopping district. August is a low tourist season so the price was great!

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is that the desk people and breakfast people encouraged us to eat the breakfast buffet and never mentioned that it cost an additional 32+ euros per person, so I ended up leaving with an extra 100 euro charge than I expected.

I was very surprise by the rate. One complete bathroom with separate bath and shower and small bathroom with toilet and lavatory. The services were perfect we have asked for additional services in the room and there were provided rapidly without cost. It was an excellent hotel very well located.
