Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, whilst the hotel structure was quite good this is definitely not a 4 star hotel, the towels in the room were of a quality that I would not use for my dog some with holes and so thin as to be transparent. 20 Euros for breakfast on top of an already outrageous room rate, and when I complained about the quality of the towels the manager just shrugged and walked away. Having said that, the staff at ground level were very good, its the management that needs changing.

A good city centre hotel, with secure (Fee paying) parking facilities that are directly accessed from the Hotel. Brussels old town square is a tram ride away.

Air-condition does not worked. There is no minibar in the room. I used the internet through the telephone room line via local number is Brussels for 2 hours. They charged me for 58 (!!!) Euro's which is the highest rate I ever paid in the word. In general I'm staying in hotel approx. 30 days a year. I'm afraid that for this reason I will not came any more to this hotel during my future visits in Brussels (I'm coming to Brussels at least twice a year).

A very busy hotel. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was sufficient with plenty of choice.The only bad points were: the window in the room wouldn't open, and the air conditioning unit had a huge gap below the window looking through the vent into the street! Superb location for any visitor, only 5min walk from Avenue Louise metro station.The Metro system makes getting around Brussels so easy and so affordable. Plenty of local restaurants.

I missed the availability of decent city maps, information concerning the Metro/buses and some other useful tourist information. It would have optimized my time if I could have had this information from the Hotel instead of finding out on a more trial and error basis. Brussels is quite a large city with lot's of opportunities if you have some proper guidance. I sort of missed a mini-bar on the arrival-night. Clean room though and nice to stay at a Hotel with a real breakfast-buffé included in the price of the room! Price OK!

The heating syswtem was on and could not ne shut off inspite of the hot weather. The airconditining did not operate. The restaurant was under construction. Comunication with the stuff was not conducting properly due to poor english speaking.

Sorry, but this Hotel needs a total renovation. Holes in the Carpet in the floors etc. terribly! Never Again.
