For a four star hotel the facilities were disappointing, the room and in particular the bathroom was very small with only a shower which was blocked. The hotel guide indicated that transformers, to allow the use of Irish/UK electrical appliances, were available at reception on payment of a deposit but when I asked at reception there were none available. On the whole I have stayed in better three star hotels at much lower rates. I would not book this hotel again.

Staff were very polite. Only criticism would be that i asked for a quiet room, but the room was very noisy as there was a loud aircon machine outside my window
