Room extremely hot with windows shut (probably because of refrigerator) and airco not functioning. Excellent location near Zavel/Sablon. More (illegal) traffic through street than years ago and therefore more streetnoise.

Very good hotel...the location is perfect, the employees really kind and the rooms are very quiet and clean... The gym is a bit little, and an Hydromassage would be delicious.. However..very good place! Rating: 9.

I knew the hotel for years and as indicated above I was very satisfied apart from the price. Room rate increased by 25% within the period of one year. Obviously hotels in Brussels can afford that.

No heating (climat) ... it looks "cheap" but the rest is ok. Surrounding is wonderful (Sablons)

The hotel has a perfect location without any view, but everyone who are going to stay at this hotel can easily reach to everywhere they want to go. Lots of good restaurants (try Lola and Sister Act), chocolate (try Wittamer) and antigue shops are within a minute away. Touristic places are also in an easily walking distance (Grand Place takes ten minutes) About our room, firstly we stayed in a small sized smoking room (we reguested a non-smoking), it smells smoke terribly. So we changed it and the second room they gave us is a bigger, fresh and much smillar to the photos we have seen on internet. Also they have a very good breakfast and free internet.
