This hotel should have better pillows, earlier breakfast(6:30), complimentary coffee in the lobby, and free lobby internet access(two(2) access stations) and the shower enclosure should be full not partially as in our room. We got water on the floor each time we showered,perhaps this is due to the placement of the shower tower. The mattresses were good, but since we were a couple, the separate beds pushed together did not make it. The complimentary bath items were appreciated. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional.

Rooms have sound proof windows and are clean. Hotel location is only 5 minutes on Tram(Bourse line) from eurostar station. Grand Palace is only a 5 minute walk from Hotel. great location for the price.

They gave me a room with 2 beds and a bunk bed.I had booked a single room! In addition there was dirty linen lying outside the room.The Tv was also not working.Eventually they changed the room but after considerable pressure from me.For 105 euro it was not worth it

The only reason I put 'Bad' for 'Facilities' is that they do provide Internet connection via Swisscomm (if I recall correctly), which is rather expensive. I just cannot understand how they can, nowadays, charge for Internet access in hotels.

Major on-going renovation work was an initial disappointment. However apart from noise and dust in the foyer, it did not cause a problem.

We had stayed here before and it was fine if basic and a little unfriendly. This time there was extensive works going on in the hotel we were not told about. Drilling started at 7 a.m. (weekend) till 9.30 p.m. so we got little rest. Dust everywhere. No apologies, no option to be moved, no management or senior staff available to talk to (the owner was enjoying a holiday) and no response since we have complained. Avoid.
