Although the booking requested a No Smoking Room and the bedroom door had a No Smoking sign attached, there were two ash trays in the room which had a strong aroma of smoke.

Very nice and large room facing the street. I especially liked the bathtub. It's very rare these days, at hotels in Europe, to have the pleasure to take a bath after a whole day working and sight-seeing.

Very noisy room. A lot of the service didn't work e.g shower and t.v. Not in the central area.

Internet connection is NOT available in the rooms (you have to pay 10 euros/hour for wireless in the lobby). Rooms are not very new and somehow dusty and smelly. Sometimes no employees at all in the lobby. However some of them are very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, the subway station is within 20 meters. The parking garage was 100 meters away. The room was spacious, the best breakfast in Europe!

Convenient and a rather good value for money, except for the poor noise insulation: traffic on the boulevard proves to be really annoying almost at any time (room on the 7th floor).
