I booked a leisure break and yet was not informed at the time of booking that the leisure facilities were out of order from June - August. I would not have stayed at the hotel had I known this.

The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, beginning with allowing an early check in at 10:30 am. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. The housekeeping staff does a good job and that includes crisp, clean sheets. The location is excellent because of the Metro stop directly behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items, including fresh breads and pastry. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was ideally located for anyone wanting the convienence of walking into the Grand Place and other sights but being opposite the Botanical Gardens made you feel like you were not in the city. The hotel was lovely, with all the facilities you would ever need, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The product received for the price was exceptional value. I recommend the Crowne Plaza HOtel Brussels to anyone.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, but it isn't anything special either. I'd be happy with it [at the enormously discounted price we got] if it was three star - but it seemed very unimpressive for a five star hotel.

I thought this hotel was great value for money and served a terrific breakfast. Although not in the old centre of Brussels the location was only a 10 min walk away from the centre, or a 1 min walk to the nearest Metro. The only complaint I have is that the in-house movie system became non-operational shortly after I had paid for unlimited use of the movie channel.

While we were assigned very good rooms, we were not much impressed by the general service level (reception etc.) of the hotel. Diner at the dining room was moderate. Some of our group said that the lobster served was intorelably salty.
