It is a good Apartment Hotel located conveniently. However, it is little over priced compared to other furnished apartments in the same area.

The hotel was great. Very nice and clean room. It was also very close to the city and all the hot spots (bars, clubs, shopping, etc.). Only 3 stops on metro from Brussels South Train Station. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel has an excellent position for both shopping and sightseeing. Rooms were excellent and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there next time I visit Brussels.

I took for granted when I booked that the price included breakfast and that someone was going to make my bed after my first night. (I stayed two nights.) That was not the case, but considering the price I paid I'd anyhow booked the room.

It is to bad that the pans supllied in the kitchen didn't fit on the stove. The sofabeds were not as comfortable as I had hoped.

The location of the hotel is absolutely great. Right in the posh end of the town where Cartier, Versace & Dior is situated. The inhouse facilities were fantastic as you could cook breakie if you wished to. Can't speak highly enough of the hotel.

Very pleasant stay and room had good facillites. It was located close to the Metro only three stops from Gare du midi and 20 min walking distance to Grand Place or tram closeby too.

I have been staying in the Citadines for some 8 to 10 years and it has always been an excellent hotel, the facilities are very good and the staff, in general, helpful. However, in recent years, with the opening of the supermarket below, there is a lot of noise early each morning (from 05.00-06.00) which is very disturbing if one doesn't have an inside room.
