If I can say one thing only, it's a pleasure to emerge from metro stairs and find the hotel only 20 meters away. Besides the hotel was clean and service hospitable. This is a great location - only 400 meters from Grand Place.

If you want a very quiet hotel, don't use this one, especially if you opt for the studio apartment. Regardless, ask for a room at the back rather than the front because the cobbled street out front is very noisy, and the locals seem to like emptying the bottle banks at 05:30 in the morning. Also, be aware that in the studio room, you get a sofa bed - not the most comfortable, even with only one person using it. Convenient location though, and if you book for 30 days or more, the price is very cheap for downtown Brussels. Finally, if you are bringing a laptop, also bring a network cable for free ADSL in your room.

the studio was reasonably clean. the computer in the lobby was not working. however, if you have your notebook, there is free adsl access in the studio. if you do not have a cable, the hotel will lend one to you. even though i arrived early, i was able to have the studio without having to wait. the location is good. from the airport, take the train to central station and then it is 2 metro stops away. metro ste catherine is right beside the hotel. there are lots of restaurants nearby. some places of interest are also within walking distance. the studio was very quiet. i would not hesitate to stay there again if the rate is as reasonable as it is now.

Considering the last minute price it was a great deal!! Studio is quite small but well equipped and quite. Hotel is very well located only a few minute walk from the Grand Place. Adsl is free of charge and parking is a mere 10 euros. All together a very nice package.

Facilities should be improved. No kettle was in my room, limited number of glases. The rubbish should be removed every day, not at the end of stay. Staff was courteous and pleasant.

Excellent location for me - close to bigger hotels where my friends were staying and particularly convenient for the Metro. The room was immaculate, the staff welcoming and the service very good. Only reservation was that the sofabed was a bit noisy !!

It is trully convenient and the facilities are excellent. The bathtub is really spacious, they have all the home appliances (hair dryer, fridge, dish washer, microwave, etc.) and the location is perfect (just a couple of blocks from the Grand Place). The best I've stayed in in Europe.

Please, put the right picture of your hotel on the website. The present picture shows another well-known Brussels hotel but it´s certainly not Citadines St Catherine!

Good apartment-style living with own kitchenette and weekly cleaning provided. Excellent location - in the very centre and couple of meters from metro station. The room prices, however, may be lower when booked directly at the hotel (breakfast definitely should be paid on the spot, not prepaid as it is overcharged).
