The Catalonia Forum Hotel is a modern, seven-storey establishment situated near the historic centre of Brussels and near the city's main sites and areas of interest. The hotel, entirely renovated in 2004 and equipped with every modern comfort, offers excellent service in addition to being ideally situated for enjoying many activities.

a great little hotel with clean and very comfortable rooms. a touch too warm for my taste, but it was the dead of a belgian winter, and the breakfast guy took his job a bit too seriously, but otherwise the service and room was top notch for a steal of a price! highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at the Catalonia. The desk folks were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast that came with the price of the room was wonderfu. The location was fine but not in the center, yet it was easy to get downtown to the center by using trams and buses. I would highly recommedn the hotel, and many thanks also to Hotel City for their prompt, accurate and honest assistance in booking and paying for our stay there.

Large room, wide breakfest choice (fruits and vegetables incl.), willing staff. Hotel is situated out of centre, but only several tram stops, which was from our viewpoint advantage - relatively quite place and wide offer of shops and restaurants for reasonable prices.

The only problem I had was that I booked 3 rooms at the hotel from airport, but needed only two rooms as the other person did not make to Brussels. At the check in I mentioned it and was agreed. At check out they charged me for 3 rooms on the basis of prior 72 hours cancellation policy, whereas I booked it in 2 hours earlier. I had to pay for a room never used. Maybe you can credit me for the future use.

They kept insisting we had breakfast and trying to charge us for breakfast on the last day. I did not find that amusing! They said they had records that we had breakfast when we had been no where near the breakfast room.

Be careful if you want to come to this hotel by car - the hotel has only 6 parking places, so if you are late you may end up driving around the neighbourhood trying to find a place to park - just as I did, plus the hotel staff doesn't seem to care too much.
