Located a little bit far away from the city center, however in a lively area with a few bars and restaurants. The room was quite small and the bathroom decoration outdated, but all was clean and the personel was very friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were very welcoming and as we arrived late in the evening gave us irection to nearby restaurents. WiFi access was excellent value 25 euros for 3 days. The hotel was within walking distance of the Grand Place and the Royal Palace (no more than 10 minutes walk) The room was clean tidy and although buliding work was at nearby buildings the noise was minimal. The breakfast included in the price was satifactory and with waitress service.

I had a large room to the front of the hotel - but be aware that trams pass up and down directly outside - so a room at the back would be a better option for a quiet night's sleep!

The room was cramped, I could not get the TV to work and was too tired to look for assistance, the breakfast was adequate and served by plesant staff. The restaurant recommended by the porter was excellent.

The hotel was okay, definitely not 4 star, but I wasn't charged 4 star prices, so didn't mind. The room seemed to have been recently decorated and was clean, although it was at the rear of the hotel overlooked buy the fire escape and as such didn't get much natural light. Breakfast was a disappointment, basically bread & jam, with a slice of cheese and a piece of meat. A cooked breakfast and cereals were available at extra cost. Location of the hotel was pretty good, next to the small Botanical Garden with its metro and a 5 minute walk to Place Rogier were you can access any part of Brussels easily.

Fantastic hotel. The location is very central easy access to bus and Central Train station. Canwalk to the Grand Place and all the restaurants in that area. THe hotel was spotlessly clean the breakfast elegantly served and the staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Only ONE complaint. The staff behind the desk smoked constantly even through there were no smoking signs everywhere. This made the hotel lobby stink of smoke. Barry and Suzanne DeGrandis.
