What a great hotel - we just loved the place and the staff

Hotel in all aspects was top class, however failure to staff the Lounge for bar service was an irritation as getting drinks from the bar was somewhat difficult then transporting them upstairs to the Lounge. Otherwise the staff were courteous and helpful but lacked the extra nuance of initiative to support a 5star rating - no string or felt tip pens to assist in parcel items.

POSITIVO: bellissimo albergo, ottima accoglienza, bella stanza, bella dislocazione, vicino alla stazione dei treni e al centro della città.
