Staff was not particularly helpful when we left an item in our room after checkout. When we called, they said they would check our room right away and call us back. After waiting for 20 minutes in downtown Boston for a call back, we returned to the hotel (knowing the item had to be there). When we arrived, they still had not checked the room, and that took another 15 minutes. It required our personal arrival and a total of about 45 minutes of waiting since our initial call, to learn the item was indeed in our room.

we really loved your motel . the price was good and the continental breakfast was great . we had just stayed a few days earlier in a hotel in miami and it was not as nice as yours . it was higher priced and didn't offer the free breakfast . we will definately stay with you again when we're vacationing and need a room near to logan , thanks so much

I would not recommend this hotel the location was out of the way and inconvient. The shuttle takes forever to pick you up from the airport and then the drivers for the most part were RUDE. When we finally got to the hotel after wating 45 mins in the cold and rain for the shuttle to arrive, they gave us a room that had not even been cleaned yet. So we had to go all the way back down stairs to get another room. WHich will lead to the next complaint. We had to book a room with two beds because they were the only ones availible. We had no idea nor did it mention that these were handicap rooms. Now dont get me wrong I have nothing against the handicap, but the shower had those metal double bars in it that were a bit rusty and in the way. The shower head was another story, it was for the handcap so it was a hand held device with absolutley no water pressure. On a positive note, the resturant down stairs was nice.

A great hotel. pool was somewhat smaller than i envisaged and usually full of kids but it's not something i was really interested in given the city of Boston was nearby. Hotel services and level of comfort were excellent and the attached mexican bar/restaurant was also very convienient and of a good standard. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was certainly ample, with a good range of continental style options, and a few nice touches. Only problem with this hotel is its distance from Boston city centre itself, which is a 10-15min ride plus a $3.50 toll away. We specifically chose this hotel as family lived very close by (in revere itself) and we had a rental car to get about in. still, if you have your own transport and dont want to pay city prices, its a good bet.

The breakfast was great. It was a little more of a walk than I anticipated to the T station. I would say it is well worth the parking fee to drive and park at the station.
