A large, modern hotel with an adjacent golf course. Also has swimming pool, jacuzzi and a modern gym. Food is good value but pre-book for dinner as it gets busy around 7-8pm.
Excellent hotel, very freindly, clean and professional.
My family and I stayed at this hotel in August 2007. Although the rooms were good when we looked out of the windows we overlooked a steep roof - no view other than the roof, half a meter from the window.WeRead more had requested 2 rooms overlooking the gardens! The keys didn't work , changed 3 times. On Sunday morning, having been disturbed by a drunk , vomiting wedding party who were fighting in corridoors with each other and with hotel security til 3.30am, we went down for breakfast. We had to que for a table for 35 minutes! The que stretched from the dining room through the reception area which was cold, due to the entrance doors being open. I asked to see the manager but she was in the kitchen due to lack of staff. I spoke with an operations manager later who said that it was a busy time and apologised. We would never return to this hotel as this que for breakfast seems to be an accepted practice. Hide
Nice well maintained hotel at a very reasonable price
The staff were tremendous nad made us feel very welcome. The hotel is a little tired but better than most in Blackpool and clean and tidy.
