This was the first stay in this hotel. The nearest transportation is the station "Zabálburu" of the Cercanías (next station to "Abando" (terminal)). It is the 3rd station from the bus station. Very convenient. I arrived there around 11 pm. The atmosphere around the hotel was not so good. Few people walking and few bars around it. The curtain of the shower was horrible. It was made of the cloth and absorbs the water. The floor of the shower room was totally wet after taking a shower...

Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases so I wouldn't suggest this hotel for older travelers.

The facilities there may not be so good expecially no air-condition which could be less comfortable during summer hot and sticky weather. The service is absolutely 5-star. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is quite attractive as well.

I booked this hotel because it said it had a car park. I was arriving late at night by car and needed somewhere to put it. When I arrived there were no car parking spaces left and none in the surrounding streets. The staff were not very helpful about this issue

Is a good hotel in a good place next to Toros Place so it´s easy to find if you get lost in Bilabo. You have to pay for the breakfast but the coffee is really good! You listen the people in the rooms next to you.

Hotel club promises lowest prices. Therefor i do not understand i booked my breakfast with hotelclub for 6 euro and in the hotel the normal price for this breakfast is 3.80. This is bad and gives you a bad reputation.
