This is not a comfortable hotel. The room was old and ugly with little furniture except an uncomfortable bed. The room also had a bad smell. The traffic outside in the street was very disturbing. I would not recommend this hotel! The breakfast was good.

A little bit out of town but 15 minutes walk max. to the action. Not a bad little pool and the breakfast was O.K. Plus, there is free car parking ont he road in front of the hotel, so no need to spend extra to park in the hotel. It's well located to get in and out of Biarritz by car too

We found that the quantity of food for the buffet breakfast on some mornings was a bit sparse depending on the time we sat down for breakfast, other than that the breakfast was very good. the hotel is near a supermarket & about 10 minutes walk to the town centre & also about a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff were friendly, helpful & help to make our stay very pleasant

Good value & excellent location if using the bus to/from airport as it stops outside the hotel. Small room - basic but adequate. Buffet breakfast but reasonable. Noisy road - so wouldn't want to stay in the summer months. A 5/10 min walk into the centre of town - several short cuts discovered.

~~Hotel very shabby and basic - staff not very helpful at reception. we arrived at 2pm and waited 1/2 hr for our room, despite them telling us that rooms not available until 2pm and it was already that time - carpet in room v. grubby and bathroom v. shabby. Price o.k. for area, but stayed in much nicer hotels for this price on this trip also in popular resorts.

It's a basic hotel so we were not expecting a lot of facilities etc, but we were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and cleaness of the hotel, we would definitely stay again. Also the breakfast is great, lots of choice, great coffee and fabulous service. All in all a great stay away Thank you

In common with a lot of hotels in city centres this hotel has problems for car parking. It has underground parking but at 9e a night this is not cheap.

Great base for a pleasant short stay. We had 3 nights, very good service etc. Breakfast was well presented and pleasant to eat, with quite a choice.

The hotel is only a short walk from the city centre. The food and service in the restaurant was very good, and friendly hotel staff made the short stay a pleasure.

Generally well placed although not as easy as it may be to find if you arrive in the evening or indeed at anytime. Once found, it provides a pretty good base from which to walk anywhere in the main town within a relatively short time. The breakfast was fine and the evening meal menu seemed to provide something to interest most people. Rooms are basic but fine. I would use the hotel again.

Nice hotel. Pleasant staff. A little bit far from ocean, about 10 minutes to go. But very quiet and gardened area. There is a supermarket and french bakery near the hotel. Good value for price. Coffee, tea and sugar bring with you, kettle and water - on the house:-)

This hotel was in a perfect location within easy access to Biarritz centre. The pool was great for relaxing around when site seeing became too tiring. The only thing missing to make it a 100% satisfactory stay was air conditioning for night times!
