The hotel food was of very high quality, service and facilities. Staff were very polite and personal. I would certainly visit again in the near future.

The location of the hotel is very good if you want to enjoy the arts, shopping or the sights of Berlin. The hotel is a littly tacky and could urgently need some refurbishing. The rooms are quite small (even for German standards. The service is ok, but not overly attentive. I highly recommend the Swiss-Hotel in comparison for the price/value relation compared to the Westin Grand.
