Excellent location for short city breaks when you need to have a quick access to the most popular sights etc. The hotel also has a very cool lobby bar!

Our stay was enjoyable, the staff was very friendly. The Park Plaza is conveniently located down the road from the Märkisches Museum U-Bahn stop. The breakfast was excellent-16 Euro, but I recommend going out for dinner, we felt the meal was overpriced for the quality & portion size. Parking is another 16 Euro per day to park in the garage or you can get a street pass. If you are looking for a hotel/pension merely to lay your head at night, this is probably not the best selection, the costs do add up.

Thought you should know-Firstly, the hotel did not have our resevations, and it took a good amount of time for them to figure it out. The gal did not speak English very well, which made it even more difficult. Very friendly waiter in the lounge and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable while in the lounge. At check out, we were charged the regular prices for the room and it took at least 20 minutes to get it resolved ( while our taxi waited.) So our only frustration was with the front desk. Rooms were beautiful and quiet.
