Extremely warm welcome by reception staff -very efficient as we were in a group of 8 - ie 8 single rooms. The hotel was so easy to get to -straight across Alexanderplatz from the station - couldn't have been easier! Superb hotel with 5 places to eat in and the breakfasts were veritable feasts - help yourself to anything and as much as you could eat. The rooms were also superb - modern, clean with beautiful duvets and comfortable beds. The shower and toilet was a bit surreal - glass cubicles with your own mini wet room -super shower too! I would recommend this hotel highly and will definitely use it again on my return to Berlin!!

Would recommend this hotel for a number of reasons, its convenience to train station, staff all pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was wonderful, great variety of cold and hot food. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby, try Reinhards, excellent food and service. Would come back to the Park Inn, and will recommend to others.

we had a marvellous stay for four nights.rooms seem to be not so large, but they are very confortable and clean.breakfast is wonderful, there is anything you can imagine.personnel is very kind and client-oriented.it is a luxury hotel (we should say a five-star one) at a reasonable price per room per night and it is perfectly located in Berlin. should we go back to berlin at any time we would not hesitate to book it.

The Park Inn is vast and the sheer number of guests means that even a simple enquiry to reception meant waiting in a queue, expecially as the staff had a very unhurried approach to service. The room had a very eccentric bathroom arrangement with the shower opening directly onto the room and the toilet in a (partly) frosted glass cubicle. You may ending up knowing more about the digestive tract of your partner or fellow-traveller than either of your need! The breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection of most items, though no pastries on either morning - an oddity in a city with a good bakery on practically every street corner. Again the sheer number of fellow guests meant that you have to pick your way carefully through the throng to avoid nasty accidents with platefuls of scrambled egg. On the plus side our sploless room had an amazing view over the eastern part of the city centre, the bed was comfortable with really good quality linen and the location could not be bettered.

An outstanding stay. We had a splendid room on the 27th floor with large windows on 2 sides. Room was bright, quite large with good bathroom - very modern. Great bed, flat screen TV - many chanels, good fridge, well maintained with great service. Breakfast was excellent - wide buffet selection. The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance from the Brandenburg and main sights. S and U Bahn at the front door. Both easy to use. Very large hotel but efficiently run in all aspects. Heartily recommend this hotel.

Overall pretty good, central location. Bit odd with the bathroom being bascially a section of the room cornered off with glass. The door between the toilet and shower is shared, so only one can be closed at a time! Not a major issue, but a bit off-putting
